Check burner controls and safety. Perform an efficient test and if necessary make suggestions to improve the efficiency. Maximum allotted time, Two (2) hours. Additional time will be billed at regular rate. Oil burner parts not included. Emergency service calls billed on time and material basis. Overtime labor rates apply on Holidays, after hours and weekends.

SERVICE CONTRACTS

1. Labor Only Service Contract:

24 Hour Emergency healing service. Includes annual tune-up and cleaning and labor on all listed parts during normal working hours. Labor and material required to maintain items not covered under this plan will be charged at time and material rates. Oil burner parts not included. After hours calls will be charged at $85 hourly rate.

2. Labor And Parts Service Contract:

24 Hour Emergency heating service. Includes burner service protection of all listed parts. Annual tune-up and cleaning and emergency heating service. All parts listed here are protected in accordance with the general conditions. We will repair or replace parts as needed due to normal wear and tear. Labor and materials required to maintain items not protected under this plan will be charged at time and material rates. Must be renewed annually.

* Each year, contracts are renewed. Parts needed to maintain contract will be billed separately to keep contract in force.

The following boilers or furnaces cannot be covered: Winkler, Oil-O-Matic, or GE low pressure burners. Any pot type or vaporizing burners, Blue Ray boilers and furnaces.

Regular burner service is available upon request to all domestic fuel oil customers on an hourly basis of $85 which covers the first hour charge. The minimum service call rate is $85. After hours service at time and a half is calculated to include travel time.
