Snyder Air Conditioning, Heating & Petroleum would like to express its gratitude for your patronage over this past heating season. We look forward to extending our service to you this coming year.
We would also like to take this opportunity to explain to you our BUDGET PAYMENT PLAN, our CREDIT POLICIES, PRE-PAY, PROGRAM, our CAP PRICE PROGRAM.
1. BUDGET payments begin on JULY 10:
A. All accounts must be paid in full before you may enter the budget program.
B. Your projected yearly heating bill will be divided in 10 equal payments payable by the 10th of each month, by check or cash.
C. Your initial fill up on the budget plan must be paid in full at the time of delivery, unless you have already established credit with us.
D. If you have overpaid your account, a check will be sent to you by the 10th of May or the money can be applied to your account for the next heating season.
E. In the event that your payments do not fully pay for your season s heating, any balance will be due by the 19th of May.
2. If you do not wish to enter the budget plan, all bills will be payable within 10 days from the date of delivery. There will be a charge of $35 for checks returned from the bank.
3. Our CAP PRICE PROGRAM runs from October 2 March 2__. The current CAP price is $__ per gallon.
(Does Not Include Kerosene and Diesel)
A. You will need to become an automatic delivery customer if not already. To do this you must fill out a credit application to apply.
B. We must have your response by August 31, if you would like to be a part of this program.
C. If the price of oil drops below the CAP price, you get the lower price!
4. Our PRE-PAY PROGRAM is as follows:
A. The minimum amount of fuel that can be prepaid is 700 gallons
B. The prepay price changes daily, please call for a price.
C. The pre-pay price will be determined when a check is received.
D. If your account has a credit balance at the end of the prepay year (March) you can opt to receive a rebate check or use the credit to purchase more fuel.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to inspect and approve the equipment to be covered before accepting the service contract. Repairs required to place the equipment in acceptable condition are not covered and will be charged separately.
To keep contract in force, (customer, owner, and tenant) must pay for all fuel oil, parts, labor or other chargeable items when due; must be purchasing their full requirements of heating oil from the company and not permit anyone other than a company authorized service technician to render service to the burner and equipment. No refunds or credits are given on premature termination.
Service under this agreement does not include labor or parts needed as a result of an act of God, fire, water damage, defective or unlined chimneys or other abnormal occurrences such as:
Interrupted electric service or low voltage, blown fuses or circuit breakers or an emergency switch in the off position.
• Improper Setting of Thermostat
• Dirty Air Filters
• Failure to Maintain Proper Boiler Water Level
• Expansion Tank in Need Of Draining
• Radiators That Need Bleeding
• Frozen Oil Lines, or Dwelling That is Unoccupied or not Attended to Properly
Inadequate level of oil when customer is not on automatic delivery service (NOTE: automatic delivery is normally suspended during a period of payment delinquency).
Parts rendered defective by other than ordinary water.
Any other call that does not relate to parts or service identified as covered in the plan selected.
The plans are applicable to units with nozzle size of 2 gallons or less. Larger units are serviced on a time and material basis.
If, when due to age or obsolescence, it is no longer practical to continue to service a customer’s equipment, the company reserves the right to rescind this agreement.
Any past due balances over thirty days are subject to a finance charge.
Acceptance does not obligate the company for secondary damages, loss caused by tank or oil line leakage, malfunction or failure to render service or provide parts due to situations beyond our control.
Applies to steam systems only. At time of burner overhaul, the low water cutoff on steam systems will be flushed and no responsibility will be assumed for failure of this control. This control should be flushed regularly by owner to prevent sediment from interfering with its operation.
WILL CALL: Service is available to customers who monitor their own tanks, and call before each delivery. Those customers who allow their tanks to run dry or customers on automatic delivery held because of past due balances will have heat restored as soon as possible, but will be billed for starting unit. A delivery charge and any additional charge if service technician is required.
All air conditioning equipment. humidifiers. air cleaners and filters are excluded.
This agreement cancels and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties for burner service. The effective date of agreements will be the invoice date. (Subject to inspection as noted above)
